Our favorite baby brother had a birthday last week!
Making truffles for his class at school. He actually requested truffula trees, but I convinced him that truffles were much more realistic for me to make.
Enjoying his very last sippy cup of milk. Because everyone knows that when you turn five, all your sippy cups have to go in the trash.
After a long day of waiting, 3:00 finally came and all his friends joined us for a party!
We started off in Garreth's dojo for some ninja training.
Then it was present time.
And cake and ice cream.
We finished up with our traditional birthday obstacle course in the backyard before his friends went home. But the family party was just beginning. He chose Applebee's for his birthday dinner, then we came home to open more presents.
It was a fun day for a fun little boy. We love Declan so much for the happy little creature he is and we are so happy he is in our family!
