Garreth flew in from Anchorage and we had a great weekend in Boise for our nephew Derek's wedding. They held it at a winery in Nampa that was absolutely beautiful. And I somehow managed to not get even one picture of the bride and groom, but they were gorgeous and happy.
(I love the lady behind Liam)
The kids loved playing with cousins that they don't get to see much anymore.
Garreth's Da found this unicycle at a thrift store and "immediately thought of Garreth." Garreth wasn't sure what to make of that, but he gave it a go!
Towards the end, the DJ busted out some dance tunes and Liam's Michael Jackson performance went over even better than usual, due to the amount of alcohol most of the guests had already imbibed. And Davy and Garreth proved that you don't need to be drunk to execute a near perfect Dirty Dancing lake scene.
We stayed overnight and the next day went swimming with Pam and the kids. It was a gorgeous, fun day. The boys enjoyed some high flying fun.
Despite Declan's panicked face, he enjoyed it the most of all and kept asking again and again. He might have even cried a little when the men got tired out.
A row of happy cousins:
