Our first day in Preston, the three big kids and I took a jeep ride with Papa...
...over to the rodeo grounds to check out this year's stock.
Papa showed us where the rodeo clown's horses were and we went over to say hello to Cutter...
...and Badger.
(Badger loved Papa and gave him a big horse hug!)
While we were there, who should pull up but Keith Isley, the rodeo clown! He and Papa know each other and we visited with him for a few minutes, then I asked him if I could take a picture with him and the kids. He agreed and then said, "Wait a minute" and went over and got out his horse Cutter. He lifted all three kids onto the horse's back and then did some tricks with them, including getting Cutter to smile....
...and take a bow!
The kids (and me and Papa) thought it was so great! When they were done, Keith lifted Sam and Liam down from Cutter, but told Grace that she had to get off the way he does - by sliding down Cutter's bum!
We were all so excited to be able to meet Keith AND get to ride one of his horses! When we went to the rodeo, it was fun for the kids to see him and Cutter out in the arena and feel like he was an old friend! What a great guy!

What a fun experience for your kids. I love the rodeo clown this year - I thought he was great.
I hope you keep all of your photos so we can get copies to last forever!
