Heritage Flight Museum

Yesterday we went to the Heritage Flight Museum in Bellingham and had fun checking out all the old planes and flight memorabilia.  (Check out that gorgeous BLUE SKY - finally!)

Garreth had to leave from the museum to go the priesthood session of stake conference, but the kids and I decided to head down to Cornwall Park.  It was a little cold, but when you live on the Washington coast, you learn to take advantage of a clear day!
Look at that mist on the field behind the boys - very cool.  The smell of the forest did us a lot of good and it was so great just to be outside.  We took a trail we hadn't taken before and found this great little playground.

Sam's ice cream stand.
The boys had fun flying the airplanes they got at the museum.
It was a fun afternoon!

I love that you appreciate a blue sky. It's funny the things we can take for granted (is that how it's spelled? Oh well, you know what I mean) Hope you enjoyed your sunshiney day!

I don't know what's worse, rain all the time or freezing cold temps? It's looks like you took advantage of a a good day.

I have to say Erin, you have good taste in music. I enjoy all the songs that play on your blog. I've gotten some good ideas for downloads. Thanks!
