On Saturday morning we went to Craigdarroch Castle, built by a rich coal baron in 1890 and absolutely amazing. Four floors (25,000 sq feet) filled with the most intricate woodwork, gorgeous stained glass, and posh Victorian furniture. It was awesome, and the kids loved it every bit as much as we did.
Go see it if you're ever in Victoria. Tell them the Ratchfords sent you.

We went here too! I have that exact same picture looking up at the ceiling and the stairs. We saw the unicyclist, too.
